The Garden House, Teddington

The Garden House was completed in 2015 - just in time for the Rugby World Cup at Twickenham (we're all rugby mad around here)!

Entering the garden through a gated entrance at the side of the main house, you'll walk down the pathway beneath the pergola, as the private terrace is glimpsed through the foliage.  After a long day working or sightseeing, the terrace is the perfect spot to sit and unwind. The lanterns come alive as darkness falls, twinkling in the bay tree overhead.

Once inside, the comfortable space has been designed to provide everything you might need.  The ingenious Italian wall-bed with super-comfortable king-size bed (US queen size - 5 foot) creates an adaptable living area. The finest quality linen and towels are used, with superior anti-allergy bedding.  A small built in wardrobe, shelves and reading lights complete the bed unit.  An additional cupboard/wardrobe next to the bathroom provides further storage.

The en-suite wet-room ensures you are truly pampered.  A mega-flow system provides plenty of hot water cascading from the dual rainwater / fixed head shower.  'I could stay in the shower for a whole week' was a recent comment. A hairdryer is provided in the deep cabinet drawers that can hold even the most indulgent make-up artist's toiletries.  A mirrored cabinet above the sink provides further storage space.

The property is self-catered, as moments away are many excellent cafes and restaurants in Teddington, catering for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  With a two-ring stove/hob, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pans, etc, available in the kitchen and Tesco Express and M&S Foodstore close by, a simple meal can be created if you just want to chill and relax.  Tea, coffee, milk and wine are provided.

The property has 5G WiFi and a Smart TV (so you can watch your favourite films), digital shower, heated towel rail and fully controllable heating.  Guests are welcome to use the Weber barbeque on the terrace.
